Cautions
1) Mix the epoxy resin and hardener thoughly in order to hava a good performance.
2) Use up within the gel time.
3) The product has stimulative effect to skin.Take necessary labor protection. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
4) It can add different color of the epoxy according to the block color , but it must add special pigment.
Storage and Transportation
1)Two years' shelf life when stored in air-tight and cool dark warehouse.
2)Non flammable goods. Transport and store as non-hazardous goods.

FAQ:
How to choose epoxy resin for vacuum infusion reinforcement of stone blocks?
Choosing an epoxy resin for vacuum infusion reinforcement of stone blocks (such as micro-fissured granite or marble) requires focusing on low flow resistance, deep penetration, and a balanced working window rather than standard hand-layup properties
Key Properties to Look For
• Ultra-Low Viscosity:
• Mixed viscosity should ideally be under 400 mPa·s (cps) (and generally in the 100–400 mPa·s range) to easily travel through fine stone micro-fissures, capillaries, and reinforcing fiber beds without stalling.
• Long Working Time / Pot Life:
• The gel time must comfortably exceed the total time required for complete resin migration and air evacuation throughout the massive or dense stone block. Look for systems with a multi-hour open window depending on the block size.
• Low Exothermic Peak:
• A controlled, low heat-generation (exotherm) profile is critical. High thermal spikes can stress the stone, cause uneven thermal contraction, or damage surrounding molds/bagging setups.
• High Capillary Wetting & Internal Bonding:
• The resin must possess strong surface-wetting capabilities to anchor internal grain boundaries, micro-cracks, and any surrounding fiber/mesh wraps.
• Low Surface Tension and Good Air Release:
• Ensures that trapped micro-bubbles and interstitial air are cleanly displaced by the vacuum draw rather than getting locked inside the stone matrix.
