Performance characteristics

The product is one kind of modified epoxy resin adhesive. There are following properties:

1. Very low viscosity and excellent permeability

2. Harden well at low temperature and damp conditions

3. Good aging resistance and medium resistance                              Viscosity（25℃，mPa•s）:

A：15000-20000

B：15000-20000                                  Gel time（25℃，min）:120-180                                           Track free time（25℃，h）:3-4                                            Tensile shear strength（MPa）:≥15

Application Method

1. Dry the blocks which need to repair. It would be better if exposed to sunshine for several hours.

2. Repair the cracks on the surface of blocks with sealant；then perfuse the epoxy into the blocks after hardening

3. Fix nozzle on the cracks at every 20cm

4. Mix the glue thoroughly according to weight ratio, then pour it into equipment to perfusion

5. Upon finishing the perfusion, remove the nozzles after the glue curing, and proceed to next process.

Cautions

1. Cracks should be sealed well to prevent the glue outflow.

2. Fix the nozzle well to prevent it pop-up

3. Mix the glue thoroughly to avoid hardening incompletely.

4. Clean the equipment with alcohol or acetone to prevent blockage

5. In case of contact skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Storage and transportation

1. Store in cool, dry, ventilated conditions in well sealed receptacles with one year shelf life. Expired products can be used when tested qualified.

2. Transported and stored as non-dangerous goods.
