1. Wrapping + trimming

In order to cut the block smoothly, it is necessary to shape the block, trim the edge with wire saw and wrap the block manually.

2. Block cutting

According to the customer's processing requirements, the block will be cut into the specified specifications of the board.

3. Back net

In order to reduce the damage of stone, glass fiber reinforced mesh is pasted on the back of stone.

4. Rough grinding

Before brushing the surface adhesive, the surface of the large plate shall be leveled and ground.

5. Drying

Drying before gluing ensures gluing quality; drying after gluing increases hardness for later polishing.

6. Glue patching on board surface

The gap of stone surface is filled and the loose stone is reinforced to protect the stone.

7. Surface polishing

With the rapid operation of mechanical equipment and "dry polishing, wet polishing" to achieve the polishing effect, so that the stone surface has gloss.
