It is speacial for Super Exotic Stone/ Luxury Stone Materials/Natural quartz stone .
Performance: It is made from a special hydrophilic modified epoxy resin and cure agent with very low viscosity, so that it has very strong penetration ability to repair small fissures or tiny cracks on the surface of slab, and is with very good anti-aging and low yellowing performance makes it suitable for applying to white and light color slabs. Applicable scope:
Used for repairing and strengthening high-end stone materials with microcracks, diagonal cracks, micropores, and sand holes in marble, limestone, and granite, as well as for scraping surfaces. It can also be used for repairing and strengthening microcracks and micropores in floor concrete (including kitchen and bathroom), and for plugging and waterproofing.It is suitable for both drying oven lines and pallet trucks.
Product advantages:
1. This product has low viscosity, strong permeability, excellent resistance to yellowing, and a glossiness of up to 120Gu. It solidifies under low temperature and humidity;
2. The product is non-volatile, odorless, and non irritating; Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non carcinogenic, in compliance with the mandatory national environmental protection standard GB 18583-2014;
3, When the temperature is 25 ℃ and the humidity is 40%, the viscosity is 72mpa. s, and the surface tension is 35mN/m. It can penetrate into 0.1mm microcracks and micropores, with strong penetration force. Due to a density greater than 1.02g/cm3, the water inside the microcracks can be squeezed out of the slab/plate;
4. After cutting the raw materials, the slabs/plates only need to be drained without electric baking, which can be repaired or scraped, saving electricity, taxes, labor and other costs;
5. Key reminder: This product belongs to the special modified hydrophilic epoxy resin for stone surface. It can be cured in water and the water inside the microcracks of the slab/plate can be extruded and cured at a temperature of -5 ℃;
6. This product belongs to a special modified hydrophilic epoxy. It can solidify in water and can extrude water from microcracks in the slab/plate; It can penetrate into 0.1mm microcracks and micropores, and the water inside the microcracks can be squeezed out of the slab/plate.

FAQ:
How to choose epoxy resin for Luxury Stone/Super Exotic Stone slab polishing and reparing?
Choose a high-transparency, medium-viscosity, two-component stone-grade epoxy formulated specifically for marble, quartzite, or onyx rather than a general-purpose or craft resin.
Key Criteria for Luxury Stone Slab Polishing
• Stone-Specific Calibration: Select products engineered for stone fabricators (such as specialized lines from suppliers like Tenax, Akemi, or RESINPRO) so the cured epoxy matches the exact gloss and hardness of the natural stone during diamond polishing. General-purpose or polyester resins often cure too soft or too hard, creating uneven sheen variations or 'halos' under raking light.
• Viscosity and Penetration: Opt for a medium-viscosity clear epoxy that allows the resin to deeply penetrate micro-fissures, hairline fractures, and internal pores without pooling excessively on the surface.
• High Optical Clarity & UV Stability: Ensure the formula is crystal-clear and UV-resistant to prevent yellowing, ambering, or cloudiness over time—especially critical for light-colored or white luxury marbles and exotic quartzites.
• Color Pigment Matching: Keep warm-tone and cool-tone pigment or color paste kits on hand (such as polyester or epoxy tinting pastes) to blend transparent resin seamlessly with the dominant background color of the slab. Always test your color mix wet on a scrap piece of the same stone before filling.
• Polishing System Compatibility: Pair the cured epoxy with graduated diamond and resin-bond polishing pads (moving from coarse to fine grits) and a dedicated stone or resin polishing compound (such as Carbon Polish for dark or black-veined surfaces) to bring the fill to an identical mirror finish as the surrounding stone.
